Executives
The Management Board is formed by Hein Siemerink (CEO) and Johan van der Ende (CFO). The supervisory board has currently one member, Joost van der Does de Willebois. All three have a broad experience in finance and financial markets.
Hein Siemerink, CEO.
Hein Siemerink (1972) is Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed to the board in March 2011.
Hein has a derivatives background. From 1997 to 2007 he worked for ING Financial Markets, in his last role as Director Equity Derivatives Single Stocks Europe. Within ING he was also a member of the Equity Derivative Management Comity and responsible for the education program of the global Derivative Group.
Hein Siemerink is founder (2006) and managing partner of Peak Capital. Peak Capital is an early stage investment fund in the TMC sector. Peak Capital runs at the moment a second fund which is nominated as a Technopartner fund.
From mid 2007 to the end of 2009 Hein Siemerink had an advisory role in Business and product development for AFS Group and was member of the investment comittee of AFS Capital management.
Johan van der Ende, CFO
Johan van der Ende (1959) is Chief Financial Officer, and as such responsible for finance, risk
management, tax and legal.
Prior to working for AFS Johan worked for PGGM, amongst others as Chief Investment Officer, and for ING in various positions.
Johan is also working as Senior Advisor for the London based asset manager Duet Group.
Joost Van Der Does De Willebois, Supervisory Board Member
Joost van der Does de Willebois was until July 2010 Chief Executive of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Before that he worked for ING and Royal Dutch. Joost is also a Supervisory Board Member of Connexion and Senior Advisor of NIBC.
